Door stuck open at midnight with the car exposed to the street, or stuck shut with your car trapped inside before work. Our emergency line runs around the clock for exactly this.
No hold music loop. A live dispatcher answers and gets a technician routed.
A stuck-open door exposing your home or a trapped vehicle jumps to the front of the queue automatically.
Our emergency vans carry the same full parts inventory as daytime service, springs, cables, openers, and rollers.
Any after-hours fee is disclosed on the phone before dispatch, never buried in the invoice later.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
An open, unsecured garage overnight is a real security risk. This call jumps the queue the moment it comes in.
Car trapped inside with somewhere to be. We diagnose the cause fast, usually a broken spring or snapped cable, and get you moving.
Springs tend to fail at the worst possible time. Our night and weekend technicians carry multiple spring sizes for an on-the-spot fix.
Wind-warped panels, a vehicle backing into the door, or storm debris jamming the track. We assess structural safety first, then repair.
Emergencies don't wait for Monday. Our weekend and holiday rotation keeps a technician on call at all times.
Call the emergency line and describe whether the door is stuck open or stuck closed, that detail sets priority.
Emergency calls get the nearest available technician, often within the hour depending on location.
You get the same upfront pricing standard at midnight as you would at noon.
The door is fixed, tested, and secured before the technician leaves, with warranty paperwork included.
“Spring snapped at 11 p.m. with my car trapped inside for an early flight. Technician had it fixed before 1 a.m.”
“Storm knocked the track loose on a Sunday. They still came out and fixed it same day.”
“Weekend emergency call, technician arrived faster than most companies answer during business hours.”
Response time varies by location, but emergency calls always take priority over routine scheduling.
A standard after-hours fee applies and is disclosed on the phone before dispatch, never added silently later.
If safe, you can manually pull the emergency release cord to close it by hand, but call us first for guidance specific to your opener.
Night dispatch doesn't mean limited parts. The truck is fully stocked regardless of hour.
We maintain a holiday on-call rotation specifically for this.
Yes, emergency repairs carry the identical written parts-and-labor warranty as scheduled daytime service.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
